Capabilities
Here are some of the capabilities of SOURCE:
• Computation of single equivalent current dipoles, moving dipoles, rotating dipoles, fixed (coherent) dipoles and fixed (music) dipoles
• Dipoles are calculated using a three concentric sphere model
• Single point or user-defined latency interval analyses
• Displays of measured and fitted contours
• Easy methods for viewing the results from various perspectives, and options for displaying skin, skull and brain point clouds
• Default or user-determined radii and conductivities
• Manual repositioning of the dipole source for hypothesis testing
• Movie replay mode displays movement of dipole.

The electrodes, landmarks, spheres, skin, skull and brain can be displayed at the operator's discretion.

Displays can be rotated to any position, or the user can step though a sequence of views with each mouse click. Multiple views can also be displayed at the same time.

Dipole solutions are displayed in context with the selected image data. In addition to the three corresponding orthogonal slices, a rendered surface or a Maximum Intensity Projection is displayed in the lower right of the container window.
